Donna Binda is a Vice President and Relationship Manager with Morgan Stanley at Work. She partners with corporate clients and their employees to navigate the complexities of equity compensation and wealth management, serving as a strategic advisor and trusted advocate.

With more than a decade in financial services, Donna has deep expertise in investments, estate planning, lending, philanthropy, and banking. She believes that every client and company is unique—and that meaningful advice starts with understanding their structure, goals, and long-term vision.

Previously a Private Banker at J.P. Morgan, Donna is known for her genuine demeanor, problem-solving approach, and ability to simplify the complex. Clients and colleagues alike value her thoughtful planning and consistent follow-through, as she helps them chart a clear path toward their financial future. Donna earned an M.B.A. from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.
