Erin Ressa is a seasoned Business Banking Relationship Manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, including a decade with KeyBank. She specializes in helping business owners streamline cash flow and implement tailored banking solutions that support sustainable growth. Erin is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships, and serving as a strategic partner to her clients.

Since 2019, Erin has proudly served as Co-Chair of Key4Women in the Columbus market, where she advocates for women in business through empowering events, workshops, and community partnerships. Her commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs extends to her role as a board member for Small Biz Cares, an organization dedicated to helping small business owners give back to their communities.

Outside of work, Erin is a proud mom of four, with much of her time spent cheering on her sons Ivan and Roman in their various sports and Taekwondo activities. She enjoys family adventures, short trips, and discovering new experiences together.
